Why does all of this even matter?!

Reminds me of something... Argueing over the internet, is like running in the special olimpics, you might win, but you're still retarded.

"You should have seen the original."

It's prime Dear Jesus(tm) material. Since

"Someone hurt him, please?"

advocating violence against other members is perfectly okay around here, I can't imagine that any mod's should complain if you posted a direct link to the original for me to snag.

The amount of retardation among members like Fixer and Hillbilly and the idiocy of various mods who whine about laws about linking to sites which contain "innappropriate" material but are apparently completely ignorant of laws which make statements like Fixer's quote a criminal offense which regularly result in sites being closed down, is astounding.

Where I come from we laugh at the AOL users and their idiocy. Apparently RealLifeForums is run by them.

You can either post the link for me to snag or send it to bkucenski@icarusindie.com

I'd appreciate it. I'm always on the look out for the bizzare and/or disturbing.

Just in case what I'm talking about is over your heads since apparently rightfully complaining about the improper actions of the "authory" around here is simply dismissed wrongfully as a "temper tantrum" in order to avoid having to take responsibility for your mistakes and misreprestations of people:

Here's a link

http://lists.indymedia.org/pipermail/im ... 00786.html

which goes through the reason for the laws cited in my previous post which is summed up simply with

"However, while advocating violence is protected, threatening a person
with violence is not."

It started with an anti-abortion site which listed names and numbers of doctors encouraging people to kill them and has since gone into law. One site was shut down because it linked to the "Anarchist Cookbook" which I happen to have. The reason I can have government agencies visiting my web-site without fear is because I present it with no context.

I also have Mein-Kamf, the Communist Manifesto, the Unibombers writtings and other which could get some sites shut down but the context in which I present them is just examples of political thought along with The Declaration of Independence, the Federalist Papers, etc.

Do you speak for everyone Doc Giggles?

This must be a very small minded crowd when any random person or a mod can confidently claim to speak for everyone.

"Try a mirror, jackass."

I'm not the one who decided to make an ass of themself by lying about the actions of a member and then pretending to be doing them a favor by not banning them for this imaginary charge.

If you don't like being corrected then well that's tough. I find it funny that you still think you're so important that what you say matters.
Someone hurt him, please?
So, you're saying that I have an exaggerated view of my own importance?

One word: Irony.

"Do you really think there is a single court in the country that would take seriously?"

It's not the point. Whether or not Fixer gets to go to pound me in the ass prison makes his statement no less criminal. It's a fine example of the hypocricy and idiocy of the moderators around here.

I find it funny that you still think you're so important that what you say matters. You've been told to drop the entire issue numerous times, calling the people that run this place braindead aolers isn't going to get you anywhere. With anyone. Despite how some people may disagree with decisions that get made, for the most part they don't go as far as you have. Hurling out names isn't a good way to present or win your case. Anyone that may have had a tiny sliver of sympathy for you has probably dropped it like a hot cake now that they've seen your 6 year old 'beat it like a dead horse and insist that I'm right until I turn blue in the face' attitude.

Harping about unfair treatment and lies and people in charge trying to cover things up isn't going to work. This isn't the OJ trial, and you sure as hell don't have a defense team like he did.

"if you are sooo confident about that link not having anything on there that is considered offensive"

Nobody is arguing the content of the FTP folder. That was established from the start. In fact, I even flat out said it contains "inappropriate" material.

Go back to school and learn how to read.

"Harping about unfair treatment and lies and people in charge trying to cover things up isn't going to work. "

I didn't say anything about a coverup.

The lies are obvious. And so is the unfair treatment. There is no argument. It does help that the people who think they're participating in this discussion can't even read well enough to know what my issue is.
