I was rather scared and nervous when I first started driving. Almost as bad as you are actually. You get over it. Practice really does help. Plan ahead so that you know where all your controls are, know that you have gas AHEAD of time, and turn your radio on in your driveway. After a while it really does not seem so scary anymore and you get used to going 80 MPH

hehe. Take some practice drives in places where you know that you don't have traffic to worry about. That helps lots as well.

I've heard nightmare stories about MB's driving... trust me... you don't want any part of it...

He's not really as smart as they make him out to be. He parks on the top level of parking garages. That gives anybody the perfect oportunity to push him off and tell the coroner he slipped.

He's lucky I didn't get him while I was out there. I was enjoying my time too much to think of it right then.

I was informed it wasn't so much his capability to drive that was frightening, but the speed at which he does so.

Marty never has frightened me with his driving, if only because I know he wouldn't dare do anything to hurt his car.
I'm nearly 23 years old and I still don't drive because I'm afraid to. I have poor eyesight, yet I refuse to wear glasses, but most of all I have the attention span of a cookie. I have a difficult time rollerblading great distances without starting to space out, only the sudden bumps in the sidewalk are what keep me paying attention. It's the same reason I don't own a bike anymore. I used to ride everywhere, but then I started going further and finding it more and more difficult to pay attention to where I was going and what I was doing the further I went. I'd hate to see what I'd get myself into the first time I tried to drive to the nearest shopping mall.
Haha you just described my situation exactly!
Except that im 21, not 23, and I still ride my bike.
