A comic based on RLF / #reallife

Post by surc » Wed Sep 17, 2003 2:17 am

That's right. I decided in my free time to make a comic based on these forums and the IRC channel. These are the first three, so far mainly taking place in #reallife:

First Comic
Second Comic
Third Comic

Feel free to tell me what you think i'm doing wrong (or right, saying what I did right is good too), and yes I do already know the graphics are crappy.

BUMP!

*The preceding was a test of the emergency thread-bumping system.

Looks good, but one thing: you're using Windows Paint to draw the strip.

they are fairly amusing.... perhaps more so if I was more of a regular to this community. But I would suggest that your presentation be a bit better. Some kind of border to frame the cells nicely. And I must say the proportions of your strips are kind of extreme. I take that back, extreme is not really the best word... the length just seems to be a bit much given the height.

not bad, I'd do the same thing but 1: I only have windows paint; 2: My drawings by hand I can't upload Dang scanner is broken; 3: not quite that funny although one guy used to belong to a coke cult and is still wired to like coke :D that's as funny as it goes (in my opinion) Your's is pretty good just hard to read
