i guess the man show is something you guys have on tv in the US. I've never heard of it. what is it?

Yeah, the old Man Show owns the new one. That doesn't mean Joe Rogan isn't funny. I saw him on Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn the other night and he made me crack up several times. The new Man Show is okay...most of the humor is kind of stupid, though. I got stupider watching it.

I totally agree with this one. To be honest, I stopped watching the man show when it was no longer the man show. Those who agree with me will understand. It's kinda like when they tried to do Sliders without Quinn Mallory... :mrgreen:

Bullshit. The new man show is a pile of crap. The old man show wasn't just a testosterone fest, it was funny humor, and when they did go too far, they weren't jackasses about it. Kimmel and Corolla could get away with anything, without truly offending anyone. Rogan and Stanhope are just caustic and disgusting. There's a real difference. The style of show has changed, and not for the better.

Damn straight, like I said, not the same show. It's the difference between humor with an edge of stereotypicallity (I want 50 cents for that word!) and generic over-the-top crudeness. I'm sure some people enjoy the new show, but I doubt any of those people liked the origional. At least not for the right reasons :roll:

Excelent comic. Watched one episode of the new man show and from then on have refused to watch anything other then the original, real show reruns.
