xanga... tricky... *shakes fist

I use xanga instead of live journal for two reasons. 1 being that I was exposed to the whole online journal thing through xanga before I even knew about live journal, and 2 being that xanga is free.

Free Stuff = Good

anyway, I was taking a look at xanga skins the other day, cause I was in a creative mood, and saw that in order to make a xanga i needed to know a bit of CSS

so i google a css tutorial and learn the basics, and make a xanga skin that in my opinion doesn't look half bad for an hour or two of work, tutorial time included

only to find out that i when i save it, it only shows up because i have a temporary premium account that runs out in 1 day... meaning tomorrow i won't be able to use what i made

trickiness i tells ya, trickiness... and it's 25 bucks for a year of premium account... haha like i'm gonna do that

in the end though, xanga's still free... but man what a waste of time

I use Deadjournal... it's a clone from Livejournal... only a lot cooler, even though they're identical.

yeah, i checked out deadjournal the other day, but you gotta pay for that one too

Yeah, but you can get a code from someone else. So I assume one person payed for their account and everyone else got free accounts in that chain reaction. I did!
