Bar Stools

Talk about today's strip, or anything about the comic in general. You can also talk about any of the characters... but don't expect a response. They're FICTIONAL, you guys... sheesh. :)

Bar Stools

Post by Mav » Wed Oct 08, 2003 9:04 am

Greg, I just had to publicly commend you for the Bar Stools strip before I saw you again. I hurt myself laughing in a pleasurable and painful way all at once. Reallife has finally reached the level of funny that Penny Arcade is known for, and in some cases, surpasses it (You know my tastes).

Make more like this/keep up the good work.

Heh.. the Barstool Blues!

I was in the same situation once. The trick is to go to Wal-mart, target, etc. You can get them pretty cheap.

They're usualy just oak ones, but you can get a pad for them for like 5 bucks which helps the old prosterior. MUCH cheaper way to go, especially if you're renting and may not have abar again.

Is Greg's hair looking ever-so-so slightly dishevelled in today's comic or do I need more sleep?
Is it time for a haircut Greg?

Next thing, Greg will have the Frat boy hair style, then what?
I dread to think about it.

I presume that Phyr is just stupid and meant a mullet... or a Mohawk, or some disturbing combination of the two.

That's not Greg in the comic. It's Greg.
