Shane: He slowly brings the series to an end and grabs your elbow with one hand and places his forearm in your armpit. you can feel a foce unlike anyother you have felt before. a series of ripples flow through your body and suddenly he moves. He pushes you in a standard bump but you find yourself in the air...high in the air...too high.

He turns back to the dummy and he uses an open palmstrike on one of the arms. He closes his hand just as he hits and the arm breaks off...he tosses you the peice. It's not shattered in the least the point of break is as if it had been sliced with a knife...
