Shane concentrates, and listens to the ground. He can hear it, and he asks it to cusion him. He talks to the air, and asks it to slow his descent. He believes that the elements heard him and takes no further precautions.

Shane: You fall but the wind changes direction suddenly and braces underneath you but it's to late, you hit the ground hard and cut open your arm on a rock.

"Well that just will not do, you should go inside and have the nurse look at that. Good try though, but you should never rely solely on your spirit...."

Derrick: The bell rings and It's time for gym. Your section which would include Wong is told to report to field three for instruction.

"But the earth isn't here for you, it's in opposition....", Then you are quickily wisked to the clinic where you're treated quickly and emerge in a matter of moments with a bandage around your forearm and an odd tingling sensation in your hand.

Derrick: After changing quickly youarrive on the field and Wong is nowhere to be seen. Your instructor is talking to a man in a green silk shirt.

Kyle: "Oh the tournament isn't until afternoon. I like the competitors to get as much sleep as they wish before the fighting. You will come with me to the tournament as my guest and sit on the arena floor with me. We'll leave right after lunch so I can make sure everything is set up properly."

"Alright then", replied Kyle, "If you don't mind, I'll be spending the morning at the campus, I have some work to do on the internet, so I'm hoping I can get a computer at the library or something. I'll be back before lunch." Picking up his bag and coat, Kyle prepared to leave the room.

Kyle: "Have a good morning, and try to stay out of fights. You're new so there may be people who will try to fight with you."

Katsu: "All will be explained in due time...Now lets go spar and get you loosened up for the tournament."

He puts his arm around your shoulder and looks down at his hand and counts the fingers.

"1...2...3...4...5......5?"

He looks back at you then back at his hand. He laughs to himself then.

"That would mean there is also a sixth."

The man leads you to a sparring area without any other people in the area. And assumes a defensive stance.

"Let's see what you got!"

"OK..I think". Kyle left the room and moved into the hall, looking up the deserted staircase. He stood there for several seconds, then continued on out of the house door, heading for the school campus

Comming at the man, Katsu initiates a series of low kicks to the legs, jabs to the throat, and punches to the chest, making sure to block any incomming attacks. He hold back, pulling the punches and kicks just shy of his opponent. He has no interest in gettign either of them bruised before it matters. If his opponent throws a punch he does a change body (25% chance) putting him behind his opponent, then an elbow to the back of his head or a kick behind the kneecap, whichever he has a better shot at.

Katsu: The series of kicks is blocked agiley by the the large mans calves. He leans into your throat jabs and chest hits. He kicks widely from the side you manage to slip behind him and manage to land an elbow in the base of his skull. He seems to be picked up by your blow and flips backwards pivoting on your elbow. He lands standing and smacks the center of your chest with a smooth motion of the back of his hand and you are pushed back a few feet.

"Don't hold back, It offends me." He says calmly.

You also notice he doesn't seem to be breathing.
