Personally I liked the manga MUCH more than the anime. It was nicely drawn, had humor(Oh god! It's some lame kids comic! Oy...) that I found was quite good, and it didn't throw in that Incognito crap. I HATED that part of the story.
I like the witty style of the manga, and how they develop the characters MUCH better. Anderson's actually a recurring character who has a reason to be there, other than just showing up to fight Alucard for no apparent reason. The part in the museum was just priceless.
In conclusion, I like watching the anime(up until episode 8 or so when the animation kinda started looking worse and worse...), but MUCH prefer the manga.
