for those who never saw the little rainbow thing, it's called...err...I don't know the word in english , but in french it's "aurore boréale". there are some in the very north and in the very south of the planet. It's caused by the solar winds reacting with the planet magnetic field.

Its arora borealis in english, though typically reffered to as the northern lights in the US.
A suggestion: The moon is typically well defined rather than blurred out.

Not to split hairs about it or anything, but the Aurora Borealis appears only in the north, when in the south it is called the Aurora Australis.there are some in the very north and in the very south of the planet.
