they use their power and influence to crush free enterprise and freedom of speech?
Lose the racist speech. Permanently. I don't care if you think you're making a point, or being sarcastic, or even funny. It ends now.
Why is everyone hating on Disney?!
Call me a mindless consumer, but I enjoy their movies, buy a few of their products, and had a great vacation at their parks in Orlando. Nope.. I don't hate 'em at all.

I did hear somewhere that Brother Bear was to be one of their last 2D animated movies, though.

Jeez Grav, that's a crying shame, a lack of snow.

Hey, you know what I hate? I hate that I have all this food! That's right ya fucking starving ethiopians, I hate this overabundance of food so much that I'm going to get rid of all my bread. But no! I'm not going to give it away, I'm going to set it on fire, and once it's nothing but ashes, I'm going to PUT THE FIRE OUT WITH ALL THIS FUCKING SNOW!

Windows, uh... sucks, man. And the only reason it hasn't been replaced by a superior product is Microsoft uses its power to crush its opposition.

The funny thing is, chances are, if you gave the Ethiopians food, they'd only make more Ethiopians until they were starving again on their increased food supply.

As for Disney, they take classic stories, and mutilate/kiddify them (Hercules, anyone?)

First off, turn off Caps lock

secondly. Microsoft is simple? Have you operated a Mac, they are FAR more simple than microsoft, trust me.

Another thing, yes microsoft is evil, but what corperation isn't?
George W. Bush - He had hundreds of Iraqis killed just for some oil.
For oil, eh? Is that the only reason? Can you possibly prove that? Hussein was a psychopath, he murdered hundreds of thousands of innocent people, his OWN people, because of a difference in beliefs. THe man was an insane dictator, I see nothing wrong with taking him out. Do you? An American life is worth the same as another.

PETA - I don't think I have to explain.
Yes you do, it's the PETA. They can be a little extreme, yes, but what's wrong with what the want? The PETA isn't trying to force everyone not to eat meat, they're mainly going against people eating meat made by these huge corporations that keep animals in cages so small they can't move for their entire short, miserable lives. Does that cause seem wrong to you?

Jennifer Lopez - I bet she wouldn't do a concert for someone unless they got her the Moon, a four leaf clover and a dodo egg.

Ya, most of the world is like that. Money is good, everyone wants money. Is it wrong to try to get it?
Michael Eisner - Walt Disney Co. wasn't an evil corporation until he took over.
Actually, yes, they were.

Bill Gates - I don't think I have to explain.
What's wrong with Bill Gates? As mentioned, he's giving billions of dollars to charity. When was the last time YOU donated?

What has starving etheopians have to do with wanting snow? ^.^?

Grav also hates Microsoft's monopoly on the OS market, and driving away other decent, more usable operating systems. Like MacOSX. That's a pretty OS, and Ggrav likes it muchly, even if she doesn't have a Mac, and it can port barely anything. ^.^;

And Grav hates the Invisible People from Degobah. They enoy grav too much. ^.^

I hate the people who make films and TV shows

Post by Mew Guy » Thu Nov 20, 2003 2:14 am

Films and TV shows have been telling us for years that the nice guy will get the girl!

Now they've just started telling us that the nice guy will never get the girl!

Why couldn't they tell the truth from the start?
