Two steps.
1. Open up a command prompt.
2. Enter the command "[font=Courier New]at /delete[/font]". This will remove all jobs.
OR you could run "[font=Courier New]at[/font]" and get the complete job list. Find the ID of the "job" to be deleted, and run "[font=Courier New]at <id> /delete[/font]". This will remove the at job.
I could have sworn the command I gave above set a one-time only job, though. It would only be reset if it failed to run the command.
