I looked at all your posts, but I didn't see where they implied that. They said people jumped around and up and down, but Blink 182 aren't exactly the inventors of that. If I recall, it was Jimmi Hendrix himself who invented that.
As for ignoring me, Am, I think that qualifies being a jackass even more than the way I express my opinions. Mista started a topic asking if he/she was rascist, and gave my honest opinion. Now, if there was no want for an opinion, there should have been a big RHETORICAL somewhere in there. There wasn't one there, so I should certainly assume that Mista was interested in the opinions of others.

Umm I've seen plenty of films of Jimi Hendrix, but I've never seen him jump around and shit. I mean I've seen him play with his teeth, I've seen him play behind his head, and even light his guitar on fire. I don't think he ever jumped around.

I wasn't asking about my musical judgement. I know many people that agree with me that rap is just not as interesting as rock is to listen to. I mean check out the rock section of your local music store. In mine the rock section is at least 4 or 5 times bigger than the rap section. Not only that but there is so much variety in rock music, there is no possible way that rap could be better.

Anyway I'm done arguing with you.

Alright, end of argument, but a few points to consider:
A. He did it right near the end of Woodstock, he ran out, jumped, sucked his knees in, and started playing
B. Actually, it's the ohter way around here. 1 row of rock, 6 rows of hip hop.
C. That's a very ignorant comment. Rap music is hugely diverse, just as diverse as rock. There are tons of categories, along with freestyle, which you won't find with rock anywhere. Also, alot of the categories for rock aren't really rock, but thought to be. Shamrock, for example, is considered a category of folk.

Just going back onto the original topic, I am half black, and a lot of the black kids at school annoy me too. Not the civil ones, the ones who are my friends. The stupid, loud, ignorant, arrogant mother-fuckers who smell because they don't shower (they live in boarding houses. I can back that comment up.) and pick fights because they're bored. They all suck academically because all they do at school is have punch ups and have lots of sex. It's disgusting. And they're rude.
I don't think it makes you a racist. I think you just aren't used to their incoherence (<-- that how you spell it?) and you were brought up differently and what they do annoys you. Unless you actually hate black people fullstop and would never give a black person a chance, you are not racist.

There's one and only one black kid in my whole grade (I live in a tiny town in New England), and he pisses the hell out of me. He's always making up his own "raps". He feels like just because he's African American, he should go and write crappy rap "songs". He's also a complete idiot, and he always annoys everyone...

The worst part is that whenever someone calls him a retard or tells him to shut up, his response is "You're just sayin' that 'cause I'm black!" And he then accuses you of being racist. I once saw him fail a test that he hadn't studied for at all, and he accused the teacher who gave it of being racist because she failed him.

Well this isn't really a reason to hate him. Think about it, alot of people your age are going through an identity crisis. His must be even worse considering he's the only black kid in your grade and therefore has nobody else to identify with. So, normally, the first thing he'll notice about himself is that he is BLACK. He'll then want to associate that with other black people to build his identity. The obvious ones here are all those rappers on MTV. I think it's quite normal that he'd want to give that a try. Funny thing is, you'd see a white guy doing it and you'd probably think, even if just for a second, "There you go, whitey's trying to be BLACK."

The whole blaming his problems on the fact that he is black also stems from this identity crisis. A lot of famous black people are known for their ranting on about having it hard cause they are black. So of course he'll identify himself to this. Of course, although this is normal, you're absolutly right, it doesn't mean it's right.

People are generally tits; regardless of colour, which is why I hate all the peoples of the world equally
You'll probably find that the white people at your college are just as irritating but as they are in the majority you don't really register it
