Any good custom sites?

Post by Who Cares » Wed Mar 05, 2003 11:47 pm

I'd like a boomerang like the one from Zelda: OOT. I found a place that tells how to make one but I don't have time. Does anyone know of a good place to custom order boomerangs?

pretty much only way you'll get one is to make it. the only zelda items i've ever seen for sale are the ocarina of time and hylian sheilds.

wouldn't actual size depend on the size of your tv?

Only interested in Zelda stuff for now. But first I must save money to pay off my pre-order on the Wind Waker when it comes out :D .

I dunno about Zelda boomerangs, BUT! After hitting howstuffworks.com I have found out that you actually throw a boomerang from a vertical position! Gimme a boomerang and I would have tried throwing it Zelda-style :D Here's the link (no pun intended) it's a really good read: http://entertainment.howstuffworks.com/boomerang.htm

Using a boomerang is not real easy. If you don't throw it at just the right angle the thing ends up being WAY over your head when it returns. Pain in the ass. I'll stick with my throwing axes. They may not come back but they usually hit a lot harder.
