The correct term is FA (fat admirer).
A chubby chaser is a gay or bi guy who likes fat guys.
You could interpret it that way, but that would be stupid and wrong, as only one definition of 4 at urbandictionary.com states that, whereas the other three use my own definition or something akin to it.
Dumbass.

I think what everyone is trying to point out is that although you may think your statment would bring phrase because it goes against conventional male chauvanism, it still inherently objectifies women by placing them in categories of fat and thin, and that one must choose between one and the other.
... that, and that they think you're a fucktard.

YH, I meant conventional male chauvanism. I completely agree with you.
This topic gives me about as much intellectual stimulation as watching Ben Stein on sedatives would.
That might not be INTELLECTUALLY stimulating, but that would be damn FUNNY.

I've been lurking here ever since a coworker pointed me to the webcomic, but after seeing the kind of diarrhea that usually pours out of your posts, I had to chime in on this one. I have to go with everyone else on this one, Mew. You're an idiot. You may think that preferring heavy women over thin ones is an enlightened outlook, but all you have done is reduce women on their side of the scale to a commodity, the same as a guy that wouldn't give heavy women a second look. This one is better than that one because she has a better chassis.
I'm a Hawaiian/Japanese mix, and as such I'm not exactly your average petite Asian woman, but neither am I fat. I'm 5'11" and athletic (jogging, kickboxing aerobics, aikido), but I'm very solid with some good curves. As a woman, I like to know I'm physically attractive to men, but I definitely want a guy to be interested in me for more than my body. If I thought a guy deemed me attractive because I wasn't skinny, and deemed thin women a waste of time, I'd send him on his merry way. I want a guy that would be interested in a woman for her personality, her intelligence, and other intangible qualities. Body type is just icing on the cake.
And between you, me, and the fencepost, I have to question the motives of any guy that would single me out of a crowd on the basis of my weight. In my experience, self-proclaimed "fat admirers" are often attracted to fat women because they're so insecure about themselves that they think fat women are the only kind of women that might be attracted to them. "Hey, she's, what, about 295? Oooh! She must be desperate for a man! Surely I'll measure up to her standards, which I know must be pretty low, since she's so fat."
Discriminating against fat women on the basis of their weight is wrong. But so is discriminating against thin women on the same reasonin, just in reverse.
I'd request that you never breed, Mew, but I don't think that will ever be an issue, unless you manage to knock up some prostitute.

Lose the racist speech. Permanently. I don't care if you think you're making a point, or being sarcastic, or even funny. It ends now.

Sorry to hop into the conversation so late.
I generally find the girls with a little more meat more attractive, but I would never cut out a girl merely because she is thin. In fact, my last girlfriend was quite thin, a very skinny girl, it didn't bother me. Did I find her attractive? Yes. Do I find a little chub on a girl more attractive? Yes. Big deal, there will always be someone out there who is "very attractive" in your eyes, who cares?
I don't know why I mention this but here goes:
My younger sister (5' 7" and 80 lbs) is made fun of quite often for her weight. It destroys her inside, because she feels unattractive. It isn't just the large girls who are made fun of for their weight.

My favorite music group is the Carpenters. *waits for mocking laughter to die down to a stunned shock once everyone realizes I'm serious* This was realized when I saw "The Karen Carpenter Story" in my HS health class. Because of Karen's struggle with anorexia, and her resulting death from heart failure, I'm almost completely turned off by skinny women. Also, I'm turned off by ridiculous obesity... people for whom the "before" lines of Weird Al's "Grapefruit Diet" apply (more rolls than a pastry truck, f'r'nstance). Between those two extremes, I can appreciate any body type... though I do think Renee Zellweger is more attractive in "Bridget Jones' Diary" than in "Chicago"... of course, it could also be that I was turned off by her "jeeAAAAAAAAAAAAA-AAZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!" entry in "All That Jazz" *shudders at the screeching*
Back on topic: I, personally, find slightly-heavier women attractive, but I don't find anything wrong with slender women either, as long as they're being reasonable about how they control their weight. And I don't think my preference has anything to do with "oh, she's fluffy, she must be desperate enough to have low enough standards to date me". I just like the softness, I guess. *shrugs*
yeah, yeah, that didn't really make any sense, but when has ANYTHING I've ever said here made sense?
