OOC: Yes, well, mixups happen when you take over an RP midway.... urggg.... ok, lets get this all done.

IC: The barkeep looks at the girl incredulously. "Your friends? Those thugs? They came in here with a girl they had beaten and disrupted my patrons, and then aparently took her elsewhere and killed her!"

Meanwhile, Kail indeed recognizes the woman from the other day.

ALSO meanwhile, Sayled grows inquisitive. "Err... madame, would you be willing to offer a character testimony at the tribunal this evening?"

Raeyn still remains silent.

OOC: Don't worry Blaze. As soon as this is over and done with, I'll take back over for you...

Layna, who had turned to survey the remainder of the patrons for a familiar face, turns back with an infuriated look.
"What do you mean?!? I happen to have seen them heal that girl, and she did not run until you sent your boy there to the authorities! I also saw them feed her, and try to help her. I also know that she is alive and well, though I will not reveal her wherabouts. If you've hurt those people in any way, I'll do everything in my power to ensure you are put into the darkest prison, and tortured to experience, blow for blow, everything that she experienced before her friends came to her aid."
As she's speaking, she pulls out her pendant, which now seems more fitting, to emphasize the amount of power she has for such an assurance.

The Barkeep looks over the pendant for a moment, then back to the girl.

"You know, that's an awful pretty trinket for a poor girl like you to have. What's in this for you? What? Did you steal that off of one of their victim's bodies? That's it, isn't it. Thick as theives! You're in with them, aren't you? Trying to protect your fellow criminals!"

OOC: According to this, she gives off an air of queenness. Her clothing is no longer in rags(From earlier), and her face has almost completely healed. If she still gave off an air of being poor, she wouldn't have shown her pendant.
As Kyan slips out the front door, Layna darts out the window, keeping to the shadows and bushes. She slips into a side entrance to the bar, and aproaches the barkeep, seeming a completely different person. Her face, though still battered, has healed immensely, and her bearing is regal, that of a queen. She stands before the barkeep, with a look on her face that does not broke tolerance for insolence.

"Good sir," she says, with her voice full of icy needles, implying that she does not view him as "Good", OR being worthy of the title of "Sir." "Would you care to explain on what errand you sent that young boy, and why he returned with guards who arrested my friends?"
IC:
Layna glares superiorly down at the bartender, a face which brooks no disobedience.
"By what definition do you call me poor? I am not dressed like a common street urchin, and I do not give off that appearance. We are in no way a band of theives."

OOC: Sure, an Air of it. But that doesn't mean the Bartender agrees.

IC: "I've never seen a well to do girl in this part of town by her lonesome, and certianly not smelling quite so ripe."

"Then perhaps you need to open your eyes, as well as your ears. First of all, I've been dragged from my home and beaten. Of course I'd have a stench about me, and there is no doubt that I'll be alone. Second, I ran into one of my friends, and he was accompanying me, until you had him and others dragged away like common dogs!!"

"Wait... are you saying ......" The bartender begins to look closer, ".... You're the girl from yesterday!" He almost yells, but quickly subdues his tone. He apears to be unsure of what to do with this new information.

OOC: Yesterday hasn't passed, as far as I'm aware!
IC:
The girl smiles faintly. "So you've noticed! I am surprised it took you so long, but yes, I am. I am also who I've just said I am."

At this point, the guards and each of the prisoners who have been near the bar now notice the commotion.

Sayled looks over suddenly, suprised. "Wha? Is that? HEY! Where'd you go?!?" He looks to the guards. "There she is! See! It's her! Get us out of these chains!"

The guards stand incredulously, unsure what to do, as does the bartender, looking back and forth. The bar has become dead silent.
