very good considering you used a mouse...
the neck line looks like the head is turned slightly but the head is dead straight ahead

Tau Ethereal? That's really pretty good. The jawline doesn't quite look as if it joins up with the chin, though - the line is a little high for my taste, at least. Apart from that, nice job!

Worked on!
That has more blending, and I also worked on the head more. I like it when you play around with effects because sometimes you get the pic to look better.
