The ninja-to is longer than the wakazashi, not by much, sometimes only a few inches, but smaller than the katana. It also has a straight wider blade. It was used by those with a little less honor than the samarai who carried katanas. Since it had many more purposes than a katana which was only ever designed for war. The sword that I had made is a ninja-to. It is built into a cane with no unscrewing needed. The blade is 27" and completely straight. It was made out of 5610 high grade steel I believe with a rockwell of 56 tang 52 blade. What does that all mean? Just about master forged. The number of the steel I can't remember what that means, but its something about the flexability and toughness of the final product. Rockwell is a scale of judging steel for strength, going from 1 to 60, with 60 being the toughest steel you can get. Yes, my blade is fully functional, and very sharp, and very illegal in california. It also rusts like a bitch, but I can bend it to a 90degree angle and not have it break. Try that with your $20 decoration piece. Not like mine is anything but a decoration piece. I'll never use the thing in combat but I like to dream about people breaking into my house at night.
no. i started this thread to fine out how to clean my crapy 20 dollar sword, now it's the endless conversation of sword types and people are saying many of the same things twice.

like you never made a damn spelling error, Goku.
I have the two shitty swords you've all seen plus a futuristic type ninja blade (like on swords online) except it's a letter opener. Funny thing is it is sharp and long enough that it would be easier to kill someone with that than my two swords.

I have a craptastic 20 dollar 'ninja' sword, a flat piece of steel with a wrapped handle that I made myself that I like to pretend is a sword (Its sword shaped, and has a sharpened edge! ... It just looks like ass :\ ), Sting, a weighted chain (I can't remember the japanese name.) and my trusty, never rusty, auto-baton. (Which is the only item out of all of them I regularly carry with me.)
SIG TREND OF THE MONTH IS BLANK SIGS BECAUSE I GOT LAZY AND DIDN'T MAKE THE THING AND STUFF.
