aight, this is big as it is my background. Since I run on win98 without active desktop enabled all bgs must be in bitmap format, hence it is in bitmap format.

edit I: it'll be up soon, I must fix something.

I would put forth this point-

Just because Windows makes you use .bmp doesn't mean you have to make US use .bmp

Please turn it into something smaller, like a .jpg, or a .png

I think its just some DC comics and or WB copyright info. It's nothing important. I got rid of the original, but you could probably find the larger version and find out if you do a google image search. That's where I found the original.
