Being the bleeding heart, tree-hugging liberal that I am, I go with whatever is opposite of Bush.

I should have asked for a restriction of registered American voters only, to get a better representation. However, if people would like to explain why they favor one over the other, please do so.

Oh, right, Green party and all. That is kind of important, since they do vacuum up some of the votes.

So is Kerry the official candidate or does Edwards still have a chance?

Either way I go Democrat.

I could be mistaken.

Kerry. Here's why:
http://www.johnkerry.com/pressroom/rele ... _0828.html

Bush gave tax cuts to the rich, has created a gigantic federal defecit, and continues to spend more and more money on military when it is needed elsewhere in the budget. Education, for instance.

Kerry promises he will give the tax cuts to the people who actually need them, the middle class. He also says he will cut the defecit in half, create a new tax credit for colleges, remove shady loopholes, stimulate American manufacturing, trim down the beauracracy of the federal administration, and put an end to corruption within corporations. I'm not sure if I believe he'll carry through on all those promises, but at least I agree with what he's saying.
