Blue, with a close second of Tank. Blue is the only song to actually leave me paralyzed for two minutes, ever. And yes, that was a good thing.

I 2nd Jaeger's post. Didn't the singer make-up a language for that song, or is it the one that uses an old Japanese language? Or maybe I thinking of the main theme to Ghost in the Shell.
